Here's hoping you've all been tucked up cozy in your homes this week. The weather outside's been turning prematurely frightful and it certainly doesn't show any signs of stopping! Good job we're providing you the perfect partner to a mega-sized mug of hot chocolate and a good old lounge on the sofa: Sonic the Comic #259!<\/p>\n

Last issue, we left Sonic trapped on Robotnik's Wing Fortress, plummeting to the ground. Somehow, Sonic's going to have to escape the fortress AND stop it crashing into the Metropolis Zone. Find out if he manages in the second part of Sky Chase<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Next, Knuckles is back! Starring in his own strip again, join him as he and Porker attempt to uncover more secrets about the ancient Echidnas and the mysterious Floating Island in Skeletons in the Closet<\/a>!<\/p>\n

And, back by popular demand, Big the Cat Hits the Road<\/a> in a brand new solo outing. Working for the Family in Buddy's Bistro is harder than it looks, even harder if you've no idea what you're meant to be doing!<\/p>\n

Sonic was the super-fast hero of Mobius until he was framed for crimes he did not commit, but he continues to fight for freedom anyway. Now he's stuck on a flying warship that's about to crash into the Metropolis Zone!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Knuckles<\/h4>

Knuckles is Guardian of the Floating Island and the mighty Chaos Emeralds. He was once an echidna warrior in the ancient past but after a great war, his people vanished from Mobius - leaving many mysteries for Knuckles!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Big the Cat<\/h4>

A good-natured and dim-witted cat, Big owed the Family a debt and is paying it off by working in Buddy\u2019s Bistro restaurant, a popular eatery (and one of the secret headquarters of the freedom fighters!)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tails<\/h5>\n

Tails has taken up the mantle of Mobius' hero. After always living in Sonic's shadow, he's always worried about not being up to the task but is now a hero in his own right. <\/p>\n

Dr Ivo Robotnik<\/h5>\n

Sonic's arch-nemesis. The alien Drakons have combined his brilliant intellect with their technology, granting him control over every badnik on the planet! Now, he's trapped Sonic on a kamikaze Wing Fortress! <\/p>\n

Porker Lewis<\/h5>\n

Porker was once the technological whiz of Sonic's gang, but lost his nerve after a horrible experience and now lives on the Floating Island. He helps investigate the echidna's mysteries! <\/p>\n

The Family<\/h5>\n

A powerful crime syndicate made up of insects and arachnids, run by the shadowy Don Long-Legs. They've used the war to infiltrate Mobian society!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
