Hey,
Boomers!
The sun is out, the day is hot, but
the hedgehog is still cool. That’s what Sonic reckons, anyway,
and for those humes – and the occasional hard-working droid
– it’s high time for a refreshing new issue of STC.
Good news then: as well as the conclusion
of the latest Sonic adventure, In the Heat of the
Night, Amy also springs into action with the first in a new
two part story: Impressions! Don’t forget
that you can still browse back
issues at your leisure, and check out Boomer reaction in Speedlines.
Still, it’s often been said that the only problem with STC
is that it just doesn’t come often enough. I’ve suggested
going weekly to the humes but they threatened to put me in a greenhouse
until my circuits melted.
Luckily, not all humes are as lazy.
In fact, you can now see the work of a couple of the amazing art
humes from the old days of STC. Conceived, pencilled and lettered
by Roberto Corona and coloured by Nigel Dobbyn, Manuwahi
is a must-read.
It's been a while since we've had
a free gift, so how about one for next issue? I thought you lot
would approve! I'll see you in the Hallowe'en issue where there
are plenty of spooky treats and action-packed adventures lined up!
